• Complete the "Paddler Intake Form" 

• Confirm email adress on file is correct 

• Confirm phone number on file is correct

• Ask Team Management for Whats Access

• Ask Team Management for acesss to the "Members Only Area" of our Website

• Pay Membership Dues 

Why Membership Dues

Membership dues are vital to keeping our nonprofit club running smoothly. All of our Coaches and Board Members are volunteers who generously donate their time for free, 100% of your dues directly support our operations. Your membership fees cover essential expenses, including insurance, Eastern Regional Dragon Boat Association (ERDBA) membership, website upkeep, and routine equipment maintenance. Additionally, we set aside a portion of these fees to fund our emergency reserves to ensure we can promptly repair or replace vital club equipment when needed. 

Why Race/Travels Fees

Race and travel fees shall be determined based on the club's financial standing and fundraising. 

What About Getting my Own Equipment?

Club members can borrow a personal flotation device and a club paddle from RI Phoenix for practices and races, meaning there is no need to purchase equipment to participate.  Nevertheless, many team members choose to buy their own gear and creature comforts, such as gloves and seat pads.
